“You take delight not in a city's seven or seventy wonders, but in the answer it gives to a question of yours.” (Marco Polo)

Together with my main activity as a tour guide I also carry out other educational and instructive activities aimed at children, youngsters and adults.

Tailor-made guided tours can add a lot of fun to everyday's learning process. With a friendly, interactive environment students can easily focus on the main subjects they've learned on their books, elaborating and making them more concrete. Each tour will not only guide the students through the most peculiar places and buildings but will also provide them with details and informations about a specific topic with a dynamic and lively approach.
Amongst the most common topics: life and self-sufficiency inside a fortified village of the Middle Ages, politics and territorial powers between the Feudal Era and the Signoria, Ludovico Ariosto and Matteo Maria Boiardo and their poetry, civil wars and struggles between Guelphs and Ghibellines.

Didactic workshops are a great way to improve the students' creativity and manual skills while they put into practice the concepts learned on their books. They will have the possibility to experiment with many different materials to see how a work of art is born: after a two-hours workshop they will have created a true fresco, a mosaic, a bas-relief; they will be able to play as an early musique ensemble or to assemble a full set of cardboard weapons, depending on their age and preferences, using simple and often recycled materials. Educational activities aren't only aimed at yougsters and students. Exhibits, conferences, follow-up meetings are important moments of learning and socialization. If you need an event planner who can fully handle the process of organizing your conference or seminar, or a curator who can effectively plan and manage an exhibit, contact me.

Art is everywhere. You can find it not only inside museums but also on postcards, fliers, book and cd covers... art is a business and it's quite easy to reach. The difficult thing when you need to use an artwork is to extricate yourself from all those copyrights and bureaucracy cavils. An art consultant can discuss with you helping you to get the right idea and, then, finding the image you need and using it as its best. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require further informations.
